Thank you for shopping with Charm Jewel Shop.  We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. We're happy to exchange your jewelry for a different size, style, or item.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Domestic Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally range from 7-21 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. For orders within Cyprus, a standard rate applies. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. From time to time, Charm Jewel may offer promotional shipping rates.

Orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EET, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EET will be processed the following business day.
