General Shipping Policy for Charm Jewel

1. Shipping Destinations

Charm Jewel ships domestically within Cyprus and internationally to various countries. For international shipping, please check our list of serviced countries on our website or contact customer service at charmjewelshop@gmail.com for confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination but generally range from 7-21 business days.

Please note that the delivery timeframes are estimates and do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. For orders within Cyprus, a standard rate applies. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. From time to time, Charm Jewel may offer promotional shipping rates.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EET, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EET will be processed the following business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for your order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

8. Lost/Missing Packages

Charm Jewel is not liable for any products lost during shipping. However, if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at charmjewelshop@gmail.com so we can work with the courier to locate your package.

9. Damaged Items in Transport

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
